Ray Green

Ray has over 48 years of corporate finance and commercial banking experience working with regional and national organizations. Ray was a founding member in four successful asset-based lending platforms start-ups with institutions including GMAC, Citizens Bank, Talmer Bank and Woodforest National Bank. Throughout his career, Ray has worked closely with clients of many different industries and brought a consultative acumen to all of his relationships.

Brian Banning

Brian has 35 years of corporate finance and commercial banking experience as an asset-based lending analyst, underwriter, portfolio manager and head of ABL, but Brian has spent the majority of his career in the area of asset-based lending business development through consultative lending. Introducing the “right fit” when it wasn’t his shop. His career working with Ray has provided his greatest career satisfaction as they worked to solve client’s financial needs.
